Due to the personalized nature of this service, refunds are generally not offered once the consultation process has begun.

After purchase, you will receive a questionnaire about your skin, routine, and concerns. You may request a refund at any point before submitting your completed questionnaire.

Once your responses have been submitted and reviewed, the consultation process is considered in progress and becomes non-refundable.

Your personalized routine will be delivered within 5 working days after receiving your completed questionnaire. If you do not receive your routine within this timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund.

If you experience any issues, please reach out and I will do my best to resolve them promptly.
